Operational plan for the cooperative

In 2025, we identified business development as a key short-term goal in our strategy. Through business activities, the Elokoto Cooperative can fulfill its purpose: to offer members of the cooperative the opportunity to work in a way that provides them with a roof over their heads and food on the table without having to pay rent or any other fees beyond their membership fee. Therefore, developing the business operations is a critical part of the Koto community’s plans for the near future.

Nyt etsimme reipasta ja ekologisesta elämäntavasta kiinnostunutta henkilöä asuttamaan entistä kyläkoulua, Aurooraa, vähintään kasvukauden ajaksi maksa-mitä-pystyt periaatteella. Tarjoamme käyttöön ison makuuhuoneen (sänky, kaappi, työpöytä), ja yhteiskäytössä olevat keittiön, ruokailutilan, suihkutilan ja WC:n, sekä sähköpyörän. Koko piha-alue on käytettävissä osuuskunnan kanssa yhteistyössä puutarhan perustamiseen ja muuhun toimintaan. Sato minkä koet omaksesi jää sinulle. Kesän aikana taloa kunnostetaan, ja pihaa ja puutarhaa perustetaan.
